Telecom Order CRTC 97-801

 

Ottawa, 11 June 1997

 

On 3 December 1996, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, an application for approval of amendments to the National Rebiller Agreement.

The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 29 January 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-123 (Order 97-123).

 

The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

 

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions, as amended by Order 97-123, are approved on a final basis.
