IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) under Tariff Notice 386 dated 3 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, for approval of amendments to the National Rebiller Agreement.

WHEREAS the Commission is of the preliminary view that it is not appropriate to make reference to Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) in the agreement and to include article 10.13 asserting that SaskTel is not subject to CRTC jurisdiction or to include modifications to this article with respect to incorporating current and future situations regarding SaskTel -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The revisions filed under Stentor Tariff Notice 386 are granted interim approval with the exception of the reference to SaskTel as a party and article 10.13 of that agreement.
