IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 484 dated 24 July 1996, as amended by Tariff Notices 484A and 484B dated 15 November 1996, for approval of revisions reflecting a change in the start time of the night rate period for Message Toll Services.

|
WHEREAS under Telecom Orders CRTC 96-910 dated 19 August 1996 and 96-1601 dated 23 December 1996, the Commission granted Tariff Notices 484 and 484A interim approval; and

|
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -

|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval. The company shall file, within seven days, tariff pages reflecting the appropriate effective date.
