IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 370 dated 5 November 1996, on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc., for approval to increase the rate level of the per call transaction charge for Operator-Assisted Calling Card calls to international destinations.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1374 dated 26 November 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
