IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 370 dated 5 November 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc., for approval to increase the rate level of the per call transaction charge for Operator-Assisted Calling Card calls to international destinations.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
