Telecom Order CRTC 97-219
IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 331A dated 6 November 1996, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada (Bell) and MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS), for approval of revisions to the "Advantage Business Long Distance Term Plan Promotion" to address unique billing requirements for Bell and include a minimum rebate amount for MTS.
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1316 dated 21 November 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
