Telecom Order CRTC 96-1316
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) under Tariff Notice 331A dated 6 November 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada (Bell) and MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS), for approval of revisions to the "Advantage Business Long Distance Term Plan Promotion" to address unique billing requirements for Bell and include a minimum rebate amount for MTS.
WHEREAS Stentor requested approval of this proposal with the same effective date as Tariff Notice 331, namely, 1 September 1996; and
WHEREAS the Commission notes that the tariff changes proposed under Tariff Notice 331 received final approval on 6 November 1996 -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Tariff Notice 331A is granted interim approval effective the date of this Order.
