On 23 July 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 505, amended by Tariff Notices 505A dated 5 August 1997 and 505B dated 11 August 1997, for tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 228, AdvantageTM Contract, offering a percent discount on Advantage Outbound and Advantage Toll-freeTM services usage to business customers who sign a contract.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 20 August 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1145.
