On 23 July 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 505, amended by Tariff Notices 505A dated 5 August 1997, and 505B dated 11 August 1997.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 September 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
