Extension of construction deadline
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-158 dated 19 December 1996, the Commission approves in part the application by Télécâble Nordique inc. to extend the construction and implementation deadline for the extension of the cable distribution undertaking serving Labelle.

The licensee had requested an extension to 21 November 1997 but the Commission is only prepared to grant a nine-month extension to 31 August 1997, the expiry date of the current licence.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
