Licence amendment for CICF
|
1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-85 dated 2 July 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CICF Vernon, by increasing the night-time transmitter power from 1,000 watts to 4,000 watts.
|
2. The Commission notes that this change will improve the service provided to a number of surrounding communities including Larkin, Armstrong and Okanagan Landing.
|
3. The Commission acknowledges the intervention filed in support of this application.
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
