Licence amendment
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-82 dated 27 June 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving the above-noted locations, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of section 12 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the signal of CBLT Toronto on an unrestricted channel. Should the quality of the signal deteriorate significantly, the Commission expects the licensee to undertake immediate corrective action including, if necessary, the distribution of the service on another channel.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
