The licensee proposes instead to distribute the signals of CBGAT-TV-17 (SRC) and CHAU-TV-6 (TVA) Gaspé, Quebec, received off-air, and the services of CIVM-TV (RQ) and CBMT-TV (CBC) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite, since the signals originating from the Province of Quebec will better correspond to the subscribers' preference;

- by deleting the distant head end located at Bonaventure and by adding a distant head end at Gaspé to interconnect the undertaking to the Gaspé underaking; and
|
|
- by being authorized to distribute, as part of the basic service, the following American radio stations received via satellite: KLON (Jazz) Long Beach; WSM (Country) Nashville; SACF (Country), SSH (Soft Rock), SSS (Easy Listening), SLLR (Contemporary), SCC (Classic) and SCH (Golden Oldies), Englewood. This derogates from the Commission's Policy concerning the distribution of non-Canadian radio stations not received over the air at the local head-end of the (cable) distribution undertaking.
