The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 15 April 1996, at the Conference Centre, 140 Promenade du Portage, Portage IV, Hull, Quebec, to consider the following:

Application (199604708) by 3145069 CANADA INC., 410 Saint-Nicolas Street, Suite 12, Montréal, Quebec, H2Y 2P5, to amend broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFEI-FM Saint-Hyacinthe, as follows:
|
- by decreasing the effective radiated power from 3,000 to 640 watts;
|
- by relocating the transmitter from Saint-Hyacinthe to the top of Mont Rougemont; and
|
- by changing the authorized contour.

The Commission hereby advises that the above-mentioned application represents part of an application which was published in Notice of Public Hearing 1995-16 dated 27 December 1995 and which is now scheduled at this Public Hearing. The interventions received, accepted and filed on the public file for this Notice of Public Hearing will be considered by the Commission in its study of the application for amendment of the licence.
