Decision CRTC 96-79
Vidéotron ltée
Sherbrooke, Quebec - 951952100
Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-191 dated 9 November 1995, the Commission approves the application by Vidéotron ltée to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement of section 19 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 that it not alter or curtail any programming service or radiocommunication in the course of its distribution.
This condition of licence will permit Vidéotron ltée to carry, on its cable distribution undertaking serving Sherbrooke, the distant audio signal of CJFM-FM Montréal, delivered by optical fibre, without its subcarrier.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
