Decision

Ottawa, 20 February 1996
Decision CRTC 96-63
Transvision Plus inc.
Granby and Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, Quebec - 952427300
 Extension of construction deadline
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-223 dated 21 December 1995, the Commission approves the application by Transvision Plus inc. to extend to 31 August 1996 the construction and implementation deadline for an area located north of Granby, including the Municipality of Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, which represents an extension of the cable distribution undertaking serving Granby.
The Commission notes that this application is the licensee's third request for an extension of the construction and implementation deadline. The Commission therefore expects the licensee to advise it once it has commenced construction and to submit, on 15 July 1996, a report outlining the progress achieved in constructing the extended system.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
