Licence amendment
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-92 dated 28 June 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking consisting of CJCJ Woodstock, CJCJ-1 Perth-Andover and CJCJ-2 Plaster Rock, by deleting the condition of licence requiring the licensee to operate as an affiliate of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).

The amendment granted herein is subject to the implementation of the FM transmitter at Woodstock to rebroadcast the programs of CBZ Fredericton, proposed by the CBC in application 950988600 and approved in Decision CRTC 96-623 of today's date.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
