Application (199603262) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (television) programming under-taking CBAT Fredericton/Saint John, by changing the contour and by decreasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CBAT-TV-2 Moncton, from 182,000 to 138,900 watts.

Application (951221100) by CARLETON-VICTORIA BROADCASTING CO. LTD., P.O. Box 920, Woodstock, New Brunswick, E0J 2B0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CJCJ Woodstock and its transmitters CJCJ-1 Perth-Andover and CJCJ-2 Plaster Rock, by deleting the condition of licence requiring the licensee to operate as an affiliate of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
This application is subject to the approval of CBC's application (950988600) to add an FM transmitter at Woodstock, which also forms part of this notice, and subsequent implementation of same.
