Licence amendment
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-86 dated 19 June 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Charlottetown:
|
|
- by deleting the distribution of WXYZ-TV (ABC) Detroit, Michigan, WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio, WLBZ-TV (NBC) Bangor and WMED-TV (PBS) Calais, Maine; and
|
|
- by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming services of WHDH (NBC), WGBH-TV (PBS), WBZ-TV (CBS) and WCBV-TV (ABC) Boston, Massachusetts, received via satellite, as part of the basic service.

|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
