Licence renewal for CIER-TV
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-55 dated 17 April 1996, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CIER-TV Ear Falls, from 1 September 1996 to 31 August 2003, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.

Consistent with Decision CRTC 91-798 dated 7 October 1991, the licensee is relieved, by condition of licence, of the requirement of section 10 of the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987, with regard to the retention of program logs or records.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
