Decision CRTC 96-204
La Coopérative de câblodistribution des Éboulements
Les Éboulements, Quebec - 952186500
Licence renewal
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-13 dated 19 January 1996, the Commission renews the licence held by La Coopérative de câblodistribution des Éboulements, for the cable distribution undertaking serving Les Éboulements, from 1 September 1996 to 31 August 2003.
The operation of this undertaking is regulated pursuant to Parts I, III and IV of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 (the regulations) and the licence will be subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.
Consistent with Decision CRTC 90-99 dated 20 January 1990, it is a condition of licence that the licensee be relieved of the requirement of section 22 of the regulations that it distribute the priority local service of CIVB-TV-1 (SRTQ) Grand-Fonds. The licensee distributes instead, at its option, the signal of CIVM-TV (SRTQ) Montréal, received via satellite, which provides the same programming.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
