Telecom Order CRTC 95-645
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Télébec ltée (Télébec) under Tariff Notice 45 dated 10 April 1995, for approval of a tariff and an agreement between Télébec and the municipality for the provision of 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (9-1-1 PERS).
WHEREAS the tariff and the agreement filed by Télébec do not differ materially from the tariffs and draft agreements filed by Sogetel Inc. (Sogetel) under Tariff Notices 11 and 11A and approved on an interim basis under Telecom Order CRTC 95-325 dated 17 March 1995 as amended by an erratum dated 7 April 1995;
WHEREAS in Québec Téléphone, Sogetel Inc. and Téléphone Guèvremont Inc. - Provision of 9-1-1 Service, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 95-17, 7 April 1995 (Public Notice 95-17), the Commission called for public comments on tariffs and agreements filed by Québec-Téléphone and Téléphone Guèvremont Inc.; and
WHEREAS the Commission will make a final determination regarding Télébec's application after consideration of any comments received in response to Public Notice 95-15 -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The tariff revisions and agreement filed by Télébec under Tariff Notice 45 are approved on an interim basis.
