Ottawa, 25 September 1995
Decision CRTC 95-695
Radio Communautaire de la Rive-Sud Inc.
Longueuil, Quebec - 950696500
Licence amendment for CHAA-FM
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-109 dated 7 July 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CHAA-FM Longueuil by relocating the transmitter from the roof of the Charles-Lemoyne Hospital to the roof of the Pierre-Boucher Hospital, which is northeast of the present site.
The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted by Radio Express Inc. opposing CHAA-FM's use of the frequency 103.1 MHz. The Commission is satisfied with the licensee's reply and reminds it that, consistent with Decision CRTC 95-515 dated 9 August 1995, it is expected to submit to the Commission, as well as to the Department of Industry, by 9 October 1995, a request to change frequency.
