The Commission has received the following applications:
1. STEPHENVILLE, Newfoundland
Application (950073700) by NEWFOUNDLAND BROADCASTING COMPANY LIMITED, 446 Logy Bay Road, P.O. Box 220, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1C 5S2, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CJSV-TV Stephenville, by increasing the effective radiated power from 3,100 to 4,650 watts.
The licensee states that the proposed power increase will result in an increased signal penetration and improved reception for viewers.

2. LONGUEUIL, Quebec
Application (950696500) by the RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE DE LA RIVE-SUD, INC. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CHAA-FM Longueuil, by moving the transmitter from the roof of the Charles-Lemoyne Hospital to the roof of the Pierre-Boucher Hospital, which is northeast of the present site.
The licensee states that this change will improve the service.

3. SAINT-FÉLICIEN, DOLBEAU AND LA DORÉ, Quebec
Applications (950933200, 950934000, 950935700) by VIDÉOTRON LTÉE to amend the broadcasting licences of the (cable) distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities, as follows:
- by deleting the distant head ends located at Mont St-Bruno and Mont St-Eugène for the Saint-Félicien and Dolbeau undertakings;
- by deleting the local head ends at Dolbeau and La Doré and keep only one head end à Saint-Félicien to serve the three undertakings; and
- by being relieved from the require-ment of section 23 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 by distributing four foreign signals (3 commercial signals + PBS), for La Doré only.
