Following to Public Notice CRTC 1994-156 dated 22 December 1994, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to distribute signals in encrypted mode to Elmsdale and surrounding area, by changing the channel distribution as follows:
