Licence amendment

|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-75 dated 8 May 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunica- tion distribution undertaking authorized to serve Sandy Bay, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and the undertaking be in operation on or before 9 September 1995.
