Application (950695700) by SANDY BAY TELEVISION CO-OP LTD., Box 68, Marius, Manitoba, R0H 0T0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the Multipoint Distribution System (MDS) undertaking serving Sandy Bay, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

"It is a condition of the licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 9 September 1995."

|
The Commission has already granted an extension of the time limit to implement the aforementioned authority from 9 December 1994 to 9 March 1995.

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;

- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
