Licence renewals

Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-146 dated 2 December 1994, the Commission renews the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings CBSAT Clermont, CBSNT Notre-Dame-des-Monts and CBSPT Saint-Pamphile from 1 September 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in the licences to be issued.

The Commission notes that these undertakings rebroadcast programming originating from CKRT-TV Rivière-du-Loup.
