Granby and Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, Quebec - 942325200
Extension of construction deadline
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-31 dated 27 February 1995, the Commission approves the application by Transvision Plus Inc. to extend to 31 October 1995, the construction and implementation deadline for an area located north of Granby, including the Municipality of Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, which represents an extension of the cable distribution undertaking serving Granby.
The Commission notes that it has already approved an earlier request to extend the construction deadline for this extended system.
The Commission puts the licensee on notice that should it be unable to complete construction and provide service to these communities by 31 October 1995, the Commission may not be prepared to grant a further extension and might reassess how these communities are to be served.
