b) to amend the broadcasting licence of the undertaking, by deleting the local head end at Cloridorme and, by adding a distant head end at Grande-Vallée, to allow the licensee to interconnect its Cloridorme undertaking to the Grande-Vallée undertaking.

4. SAINT-GUILLAUME D'UPTON, SAINT-BONAVENTURE AND SAINT-EUGÈNE-DE-GRANTHAM, Quebec
Application (950085100) by TÉLÉCÂBLE PROVINCIAL INC., Suite 222, 3055 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard, Québec, Quebec, G1P 4C6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking to serve the above-mentioned localities, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:
"It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 28 July 1995."
The Commission has already granted an extension of the time limit to implement the aforementioned authority from 28 July 1994 to 28 January 1995.
