1. GODS LAKE NARROWS, Manitoba
Application (940456700) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBWXT Gods Lake Narrows, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 2,400 to 1,200 watts.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has indicated that this amendment would not change the coverage over populated areas.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has indicated that this change will improve the quality of service to the Burmis area by providing better system reliability and performance.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has indicated that this change will improve the quality of service to the Chateh area.

Application (940474000) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBXT-3 Hinton, by increasing the effective radiated power from 350 to 580 watts.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation states that as a result of this change, the quality of coverage over populated areas would be greatly improved.

7. PADDLE PRAIRIE (FORMERLY BATTLE RIVER), Alberta
Application (932311400) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBXAT-6, by changing the transmitter site from a location near Battle River to a location near Paddle Prairie, by changing the channel from 10 to 9, and by decreasing the power from an effective radiated power of 6,300 watts to a transmitter power of 10 watts.
A change in channel from 9 to 10 and an increase in transmitter power from 8.9 watts to an effective radiated power of 6,300 watts was approved in Decision 86-10 dated January 13, 1986. The licensee never implemented the authority because of budgetary restraints. The licensee has indicated that the change in transmitter site will provide improved coverage to the communities of Paddle Prairie and Keg River, Alberta.
