Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1991-130 dated 19 December 1991, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBTK-FM Kelowna by increasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CBYN-FM Nelson, from 108 watts to 558 watts.
The licensee and the Department of Communications have advised that the proposed change will not result in any significant change to the existing coverage area.
