Cable Inc. currently owned by J. Connor to 01 Cablesystems Inc.
As a result of this transaction, Casselman Cable Company Inc. will be effectively controlled by 01 Cablesystems Inc.

The Corporation proposes to delete the current condition of licence respecting the level of Canadian popular music and replace it with the following:
"It is a condition of licence that 50% or more of the category 2 musical selections broadcast each week be Canadian and that these selections be distributed in a reasonable manner throughout the broadcast week."
The effect of this change would be to require the Corporation to attain at least a 50% level of Canadian content for popular music each broadcast week rather than each broadcast day, as is required under the current condition.
