The Commission has received the following applications:
1. HAVRE-SAINT-PIERRE, Quebec
Application (910631100) by RADIO & TÉLÉVISION COMMUNAUTAIRE - HAVRE-SAINT-PIERRE to amend the broadcasting licence of the programming undertaking for CILE-FM Hâvre-Saint-Pierre, by increasing the effective radiated power from 50 to 430 watts and by changing the transmitter location from Hâvre-Saint-Pierre East to a site located at 8.5 km to the Northwest of Hâvre-Saint-Pierre.
The applicant states that these changes will improve the high quality of transmission and reception service of CILE-FM, particularly to the Minganie areas which are not served by a community radio.

Application (910656800) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the programming undertaking for CBLIT Armstrong, by changing the program source from CBC Northern Television Service to CBMT Montréal.

4. PRESCOTT, Ontario
Application (910840800) by POWER BROADCASTING INC., 800 Place Victoria, 44th Floor, P.O. Box 206, Montréal, Quebec, H4Z 1E3, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the programming undertaking for CKWS-TV-2 Prescott, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 5,100 to 4,424 watts.
The licensee proposes to increase the antenna height in order to accommodate additional microwave antennae on the transmitting tower. This change requires that the effective radiated power be decreased as noted above.
The licensee states that there will be no change in the coverage contours. CKWS-TV-2 was approved in Decision CRTC 91-59 dated 22 January 1991 and is not yet in operation.
