Decision

Ottawa, 7 October 1991
Decision CRTC 91-792
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
Armstrong, Ontario - 910656800
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1991-76 dated 23 July 1991, the Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) to amend the radiocommunication distribution undertaking licence for CBLIT Armstrong, by changing the program source from the CBC Northern Television Service (CBC North) to CBMT Montréal.
CBC North operates in the Atlantic time zone, whereas CBMT operates in the Eastern time zone. This proposal will enable viewers at Armstrong to receive the CBC's network programming in the Eastern time zone, which encompasses that community.
Allan J. Darling
Secretary General
