Box 1270, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 7H5, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CHAT-TV-2 Maple Creek, by changing the channel from 10 to 6 and by increasing the transmitter power from 5 to 10 watts.
The applicant states that these changes will allow for a continued good quality signal to the residents of Maple Creek.

  Application (890824600) by A1 CABLESYSTEMS INC., 3731 - 98th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T6E 5N2, licensee of the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Edgerton, to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement that it distribute the English-language programming services of television stations that are owned and operated by the CBC or affiliated with the CBC Television network, as referred to in Section 9 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
Instead, the licensee proposes to distribute the programming service of the extra-regional CBC affiliated television station, CKRD-TV-1 Coronation, Alberta.

 Application (891252900) by ALBERTA EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking at Edmonton, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:
 "It is a condition of licence that construction be completed and the undertaking be in operation on or before 30 September 1990."
The Commission has already granted this licensee a first extension of the time limit to implement the aforementioned authority from 1 December 1987 to 15 July 1988 (Decision CRTC 87-913 dated 3 December 1987); and a second extension from 15 July 1988 to 15 July 1989 (Decision CRTC 88-381 dated 7 June 1988).
