The formula in Cell D62 of Financial Statement tab “Net Cash flow from Financing Activities” for Year A of Project Implementation has been corrected. 2. The formatting of Cell D66 in Financial Statement tab “Annual Discount Rate” has been corrected, (e.g., when you enter 10 in Cell D66 for the discount rate, it will be displayed as 10%, not as 0.10%). You can download a copy of the updated Application Workbook Version 1.1 (June 3, 2019 - Call for applications) when you log into your My CRTC Account. Should you already have data inputted in Application Workbook Version 1.0, you need to re-enter the data in version 1.1. Complete and submit the Application Workbook Version 1.1 as part of your Application.
