The changes are in the competitive local exchange carriers’ (CLECs) Access Services Tariff Item 201.1, Termination of Intra-exchange or (Intra- local interconnection region) LIR Traffic. The specific changes are to item 201.1.5 in the English and French versions and Items 201.1.3, 201.2.4 in the French version. There is also a deletion of the last sentence in 201.12 of the French version.

In addition, Commission staff has updated the French CLEC Model Tariff 34 to reflect various administrative or typographical corrections. CLECs wishing to reflect these administrative changes in their tariffs should file their revised pages for Commission approval.
