The Emergency Services Working Group (ESWG) submitted the following report for approval:

3. Guideline update

The Ad Hoc 1540 Wholesale High-speed Access Working Group submitted the following updated guideline pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 2018-357 for approval:

  1. Process Guidelines for TPIA Service Orders and Trouble Tickets – Version 2 (1540GLTPIASOTT2)

4. New task assignment

The Steering Committee is to consider the assignment of a new task referral as follows:

  1. Referral to CISC stemming from Review of the regulatory framework for text-based message relay services, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2018-466, 14 December 2018

5. Website improvement

  1. Conversion of CISC web pages to Web Experience Toolkit 4 (WET4)
