   The Canadian Steering Committee on Numbering (CSCN) submitted the following report for approval:

   1. i) Relief Planning Committee Recommendation for NPA 450/579 Relief (450_579RE01A)
3. 3 New task assignment

   The Steering Committee is to consider the assignment to the 1540 Wholesale High-Speed Access Working group of a new task referral as follows:

   1. Referral to CISC stemming from CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee – Non-consensus report 1540RE04 on the status of third-party Internet access installation orders and trouble tickets, and related process guidelines, Telecom Decision CRTC 2018-357, 7 September 2018
4. Task Identification Form (TIF) closure

   The Network Working Group (NTWG) recommended that the following TIF be closed:

   1. i) TIF 36 - Metrics and reporting to define high-quality fixed broadband Internet access service
5. Next meetings

   Future CISC meetings will be scheduled as needed
