DESCRIPTION: Letter addressed to PN 97-34 Distribution List, Class A Licensees, Central Funds Administrator. Subject: Regulatory Regime for the Provision of International Telecommunications Services - Contribution Issues. The Commission hereby establishes the following procedures. The Commission's intention is to establish an informal, expedited process which will: 1) encourage the productive exchange of information as early in the process as possible; 2) bring all interested parties together in one forum to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas; and 3) involve those parties that will participate in the international contribution regime in the crafting of any administrative processes and procedures.
