Il ordonne à Bell Canada : (1) de cesser d'enfreindre les règles de reconquête; (2) d'élaborer des procédures internes pour s'assurer qu'elle se conforme aux règles de reconquête à partir du moment où un fournisseur de services locaux soumet une demande de service local; et (3) de lui faire rapport, dans les 60 jours, des procédures internes qu'elle a mises en place pour s'assurer qu'elle respecte les règles de reconquête et assurer le suivi.
