Description: In TNC 2011-73, the Commission invited parties to submit their views, along with supporting rationale, on the appropriateness of requiring Canadian carriers offering nomadic and fixed/non-native Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) services to put in place automatic number identification (ANI)-capable emergency call operators. In accordance with the procedures established for this proceeding, MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) hereby files these reply comments.
