Description: Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers) received by email on May 4, 2010 a letter from Stephen Zolf, counsel to Torstar Corporation (Torstar). The letter is addressed to the Commission and it requests dispute resolution in the above-noted matter. Rogers notes that this is the second time that Mr. Zolf has sent a letter to the Commission requesting dispute resolution. In his letter to Randy Hutson dated February 26, 2010, Mr. Zolf indicated that Torstar was requesting dispute resolution on this same matter and wished to engage in staff-assisted mediation to resolve its dispute with Rogers.
