Description: We today filed a letter (the “Procedural Letter”) on behalf of our client, Telesat Canada (“Telesat”), submitting that the Commission should summarily dismiss the above-noted application (“Application”), which FreeHD Canada Inc. (“FreeHD”) filed on December 14, 2010. In that letter, we also advised the Commission that in the event the Commission does not summarily dismiss the Application, Telesat would support FreeHD’s request that it be heard in an expedited manner.
