2005-11-10 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-68 The Commission approves on a final basis, effective 1 January 2005, a 2005 contribution collection revenue-percent charge of 1.03 percent and the 2005 subsidy per residential network access service (NAS) for the territories of the large incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs), TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TCI Québec) and Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec). The Commission approves on an interim basis, effective 1 January 2006, a 2006 contribution collection revenue-percent charge of 1.03 percent, the subsidy per residential NAS for the territories of the large ILECs, TCI Québec and Télébec, subsidy amounts for the small ILECs and continued supplemental funding for Northwestel Inc.
