The Commission concludes that it has the jurisdiction to deal with the application filed by Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (Rogers) regarding the fees charged by the Province of New Brunswick (the Province) for use of its highways for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating Rogers' transmission lines, as well as related issues. The Commission also concludes that the fees payable by Rogers to the Province are reasonable.
