Northwestel's 2002 Revenue Deferral Account
2003/11/04 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-75 The Commission directs Northwestel Inc. to remit the $2.8 million accumulated in its deferral account for 2002 to the Central Fund Administrator as a one time payment by 12 November 2003. Reference: 8638 C12-200311853.
2003/09/19 - Northwestel Inc.
Description: On September 5th 2003, Northwestel received the Commission's letter outlining its intention to initiate a process for the disposition of the amount in the deferral account. In that letter, the Commission invited Northwestel to file reply arguments by 19 September 2003. On September 12, Northwestel received comments from Allstream and the Public Interest Advocacy Centre ("PIAC"). The following letter constitutes Northwestel's reply to those comments
