2004/01/08 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-1 The Commission forbears, with some conditions, from regulating single-line inside wire services provided by People's Telephone Company of Forest Inc. Customers without a jack-ended demarcation device will not be required to pay for diagnostic, repair or maintenance services to their inside wiring when reporting transmission problems.
