To effect changes to the current monopoly in the provisionning of 900 services

2004-06-30 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-43 The Commission denies First Media Group Inc.'s (FMG) proposal to provision 900 network services to interested 900 content service providers by reselling the underlying network elements and services of 900 service carriers and local exchange carriers (LECs).
